Vision 21 now has 16 training projects located in Cardiff, Newport and the Vale of Glamorgan.

The Vision 21 projects are all set up to provide realistic training for students in real work experience settings. Many of these projects are open to the general public and give the students the opportunity to practice all the skills needed to gain real paid employment. The projects are all run using the social enterprise model, and each project operates as a small business. The products made as part of the student training, be it food, wooden products, pottery, cards or plants, are all sold to generate income which in turn is fed back into the projects to make them as self sustaining as possible.

	Cefn Mably Farm Located near St Mellons near Cardiff, this project trains students in animal care, environmental conservation and....
	Belle Vue Cafe Located in Newport this project trains students in catering, buffet preparation and retail skills
	Fairwater Community Garden Located alongside Sbectrwm this project trains students in environmental, social and horticultural skills
	Fairwater Pottery Located in Sbectrwm this project trains students in hand building techniques, and ceramic production skills.
	Vision 21 Gift Shop Located in Albany road in Cardiff this project enables students to develop retail skills by selling products made in our projects
	Information Communication Technology Located in the Heath in Cardiff, this project trains students in basic ICT skills.
	Gegin Fach Café at Sbectrwm Located in Sbectrwm students learn food and buffet preparation, food hygiene, and retail skills
	Fieldway Kitchen Located in the Heath in Cardiff students learn basic catering skills in a canteen environment, food hygiene and an introduction to retail skills
	A La Carte at Rookwood Hospital Located in Rookwood Hospital Cardiff, students learn food and buffet preparation, food hygiene, and retail skills
	Oaks Garden Nursery Located in Allensbank Road, Cardiff, Students learn horticulture and retail skills in a small nursery environment
	Sbectrwm Located in Fairwater in Cardiff this Community Enterprise Centre is home to a number of vision 21 projects as well as a range of voluntary and community organisations
	Training and Mentoring Located in Unit 12, Fieldway, TAM provides Vision 21 student inductions as well as a wide range of accredited courses in work related and life skills as well as Creative Choices options
	Fieldway Woodwork Located in Cardiff this project trains students in preparing and finishing wood to build items for the home and garden
	Skomer Woodwork Located in Barry this project trains students in preparing and finishing and assembling wood products for the home and garden
	Creative Choices and Card Making Project Located in the Heath in Cardiff students learn hand made card production and packaging skills
	Roots Allotments Located in Bettws near Newport, students learn a range of horticultural, vegetable production and garden maintenance skills.
