Vision 21 (Cyfle Cymru) is building an exciting new community resource facility on a 2.2 acre brownfield site in the heart of the Leckwith area of Cardiff overlooking the allotments, close to ‘Leckwith Stadium’ & next to the new ‘House of Sport’.

 This innovative new build development will be run as a social enterprise and one of its core aims will be to provide quality training opportunities for people with learning disabilities. The flexible space will house a community café, with a strong focus on promoting healthy eating and local food, a fair-trade gift shop, a multi-use community hall facility, cost effective rentable space for training events and a community allotment area.
