Newport referrals Infomation

All Newport county referrals all need to go through the Newport Access Supported Employment team: www.newport.gov.uk/supportedemployment

You can download the Newport Referral form here.

You will need to complete and send off the Newport County referral form to:

Ringwood House
Dents Hill
Newport
NP19 9ED

You will then be contacted by the access to supported employment team and the referral process procedure will be followed with the referred individual prior to gaining funding and placing.

For any out of county (Newport) referrals to Roots then the process goes through the normal Vision 21 channels. However, the majority of placements for Belle Vue or Roots are for Newport county referrals. When there is limited take up from Newport the opportunity arises to place external referrals.
